If you are traveling by car, you can start your journey from Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. Take the NH10 towards Pelling. The drive will take approximately 4-5 hours. Once you reach Pelling, continue on Pelling-Rimbi Road for about 12 km. You will see signs for Rimbi Water Falls along the way. The falls are located at coordinates 27.3134397, 88.1907411 and can be accessed easily from the roadside.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a shared taxi or a bus from Gangtok to Pelling. Shared taxis can be found at the taxi stand in Gangtok. The fare is approximately INR 400-500 per person. The journey will take around 4-5 hours. Once in Pelling, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Rimbi Water Falls for around INR 500-700, which is about a 30-minute drive. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
