Getting There

Car
If you're starting from Gangtok, drive towards Mangan via the NH10 highway. The distance is approximately 100 km and will take around 4 hours. From Mangan, take the road to Lachen. After reaching Lachen, continue to Yumthang, which is about 25 km away. Make sure to carry your permits as Zero Point is a restricted area.

From Gangtok, take a shared taxi or bus to Mangan. Once in Mangan, you can find shared taxis to Lachen. After reaching Lachen, you must hire a local taxi to Yumthang and then onto Zero Point. Total travel time can take 6-8 hours depending on the waiting time for taxis.
