If you are driving from Gangtok, take the NH10 towards Melli. Continue on NH10 until you reach Namchi, which is approximately 80 km away. Once in Namchi, follow the signs to Samdruptse. The monastery is located about 5 km from Namchi town center. You can park your car at the designated parking area near the site.

Public Transportation

From Gangtok, you can take a shared taxi or a bus to Namchi. The shared taxi will take about 2 hours and costs around INR 200-300 per person. Once you arrive in Namchi, you can hire a local taxi or take a local bus to Samdruptse, which is about a 15-minute drive. The local taxi fare should be around INR 200-300.

Walking
