Walking
If you are in the City Palace area, head west towards the main road (The City Palace Road). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Lal Ghat Road. Turn left onto Lal Ghat Road. Follow this road as it curves along the waterfront, and you will eventually see the scenic views of Lake Pichola. Continue walking for about 15 minutes, and you will arrive at the banks of Lake Pichola.

Rickshaw
From anywhere in Udaipur, you can take an auto-rickshaw to Pichola. Simply tell the driver 'Pichola Lake' or 'Lake Pichola.' If you are in the Old City, head to the main market area to find an auto-rickshaw stand. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the lake, ideally at the entrance of the Lakeside walk.

Boat
If you are at the City Palace, you can also take a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Look for the boat ticket counter located near the City Palace entrance. Purchase your ticket and board one of the boats that will take you across the lake. This is not only a means of transport but also a scenic experience, allowing you to enjoy the views of the Jag Mandir and the surrounding hills along the way. The boat ride will drop you off at the Jag Mandir Island or near the lake's edge, providing direct access to Pichola.
