If you are starting from the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple, exit the temple complex and head towards Dashashwamedh Ghat. Walk towards the riverfront, and once you reach the Ghat, continue walking along the bank. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Ahilyabai Ghat. It will be approximately a 15-minute walk along the river.

From the Varanasi Railway Station, head north on Station Road towards Sadar Gali. Continue straight until you reach Godowlia Chowk. From there, ask locals for directions to Dashashwamedh Ghat. Once there, walk along the riverbank towards Ahilyabai Ghat, which should take around 30-40 minutes.

From your location, find a cycle rickshaw or auto-rickshaw and ask the driver to take you to Dashashwamedh Ghat. Once you arrive, you can easily walk to Ahilyabai Ghat along the riverfront, which is just a few minutes away.
