If you are starting from the Varanasi Railway Station, exit the station and head southeast towards the main road. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the main intersection at Godowlia Chowk. From Godowlia Chowk, continue straight until you see the sign for Dashashwamedh Ghat on your left. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Dashashwamedh Ghat.

Auto-rickshaw
If you prefer not to walk, you can take an auto-rickshaw from any point in Varanasi. Simply tell the driver 'Dashashwamedh Ghat' or show them the address: 'Dashashwamedh Ghat Rd, Ghats of Varanasi, Godowlia, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The auto-rickshaw will drop you off close to the ghat.

Boat
For a unique experience, you can also reach Dashashwamedh Ghat by boat. If you are near the river, hire a boat from the riverbank and ask the boatman to take you to Dashashwamedh Ghat. This journey will give you a beautiful view of the ghats and will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
