Getting There

• Walking

  If you're near the Indianapolis City Market, head west on East Market Street until you reach West Street. Turn right on West Street and continue to follow it until you reach West New York Street. Turn left on West New York Street, and Military Park will be on your left at 601 W New York St.

• Public Transit (Bus)

  You can take the IndyGo bus service. Locate the nearest bus stop and board the bus heading towards the 'Downtown' area. Make sure to check the route number that stops near the intersection of West New York Street and West Street. Once you get off the bus, walk west along West New York Street, and you will see Military Park at 601 W New York St. Note that a bus fare is typically around $1.75.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around Downtown Indianapolis. Ride west on West Maryland Street, then turn north on West Street. Continue north until you reach West New York Street, then turn left. Military Park will be on your left at 601 W New York St. Check for bike rental fees at the station, which usually start at around $2 for a ride.
