After approximately 70 miles, take exit 64A to merge onto I-55 South towards Memphis. Continue on I-55 for about 40 miles. Take exit 253A for I-255 South towards Memphis. After about 8 miles, take exit 1B to merge onto I-55 South again. In about 10 miles, take the exit toward MO-141 South. Continue on MO-141 South for approximately 5 miles. Finally, turn right onto Charles J Becker Dr. The Mastodon State Historic Site will be on your left at 1050 Charles J Becker Dr, Imperial, MO 63052.
