Take exit 11B for I-270 South towards Memphis. Continue on I-270 and take exit 12A for US-61 South. Follow US-61 South until you reach the junction with I-44 East. Merge onto I-44 East and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 277 for MO-141 South. Follow MO-141 South for about 3 miles, then turn right onto Bald Eagle Ridge Road. The World Bird Sanctuary will be on your left at 125 Bald Eagle Ridge Rd, Valley Park, MO 63088.
