From Manado, head to the nearest public bus terminal, which is located at Malalayang. You can take a local bus heading towards Tomohon. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to inform the driver that you're going to Lahendong, as they will drop you off at the junction. Once you get off, you will need to walk about 1.5 kilometers to Danau Linouw, following the direction signs toward the lake.

If you prefer a faster option, you can use a motorcycle taxi known as Ojek. You can find Ojek drivers around the city center in Manado. Inform them that you want to go to Danau Linouw in Lahendong, Tomohon. The ride will take about 30 minutes, and they can take you directly to the lake entrance.

Walking from Tomohon
If you are already in Tomohon, you can walk to Danau Linouw. Start from the Tomohon city center and head towards Jalan Raya Tomohon. Follow the signs to Lahendong. The total walking distance is approximately 5 kilometers, which should take about 1-1.5 hours. Be sure to carry water and wear comfortable shoes as the path can be steep in some areas.
