    If you are traveling by car, start from Makassar, the capital city of South Sulawesi. Head northeast on Jalan Andi Djemma towards Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan. Continue on this road, which will turn into Jalan Malino. Follow the signs towards Malino. After approximately 70 km, you will reach the Malino area. From Malino, continue towards Tinggimoncong, which is about 20 km further. Look for the signs indicating Takapala Waterfall, and follow the road until you reach the parking area at PVF5+HW, Bonto Lerung, Tinggimoncong, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi 92174.
