If you are driving from the center of Rantepao, head southeast on Jalan Lintas Tana Toraja towards Makale. Continue on this road for about 16 kilometers until you reach the town of Makale. Once in Makale, look for the signs directing you toward Lapandan. Turn onto Jalan Poros Makale and continue for another 5 kilometers. You will see a sign for Tongkonan To’Tarro as you approach the location at WV95+G5, Lapandan. The journey should take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transportation (Minibus)
From Rantepao, you can take a minibus heading towards Makale. These minibuses leave from the main bus terminal in Rantepao. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Lapandan. The fare is usually around 20,000 IDR (about $1.5 USD). Once you are dropped off in Lapandan, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Tongkonan To’Tarro located at WV95+G5. Ask locals for directions if needed, as they will be able to guide you.
