From Ubud, head southeast on Jalan Raya Ubud toward Jalan Monkey Forest. Continue on this road, which will eventually merge into Jalan Raya Sakah and then Jalan Raya Ceningan. Follow the signs for Nusa Penida. Once you reach the port of Sanur, you will need to take a fast boat to Nusa Penida. The boat ride takes approximately 30 minutes and costs around IDR 300,000. After arriving at Nusa Penida, rent a scooter or take a local taxi to Angel's Billabong, which is about a 30-minute drive. Follow the signs toward Sakti and look for the entrance to Angel's Billabong.
