To reach Bias Tugel Beach from Ubud by car, start by heading southeast on Jl. Raya Ubud towards Jl. Raya Campuhan. Continue on Jl. Raya Campuhan until you reach the junction at Jl. Raya Tamblang. Turn right onto Jl. Raya Tamblang and follow the road until you reach the intersection with Jl. Raya Candidasa. Turn left onto Jl. Raya Candidasa, which will take you towards Padangbai. Drive for about 30 minutes, and you will see signs for Padangbai. Once you arrive in Padangbai, look for signs leading to Bias Tugel Beach. There is a small parking area near the beach, which may incur a small fee of around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000.

To reach Bias Tugel Beach using public transportation from Ubud, you will need to take a 'bemo' (local minibus) or a shared taxi to Padangbai. Start by walking to the Ubud Market or the Ubud Palace area, where you can find bemos departing for Padangbai. The fare is typically around IDR 30,000 per person. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Padangbai, you can either walk (about 20-30 minutes) to Bias Tugel Beach or hire a local taxi for a short ride to the beach entrance. Walking will give you a chance to explore the town, but if you prefer convenience, a taxi ride will cost around IDR 20,000.

If you're comfortable riding a motorbike, you can rent one in Ubud. Look for rental shops along Jl. Monkey Forest or Jl. Raya Ubud.
