From Ubud, get onto Jalan Raya Ubud and head southeast. Continue on this road for about 20 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalan Raya Padangbai. Turn left onto Jalan Raya Padangbai and continue for another 12 kilometers. Follow the signs towards Padangbai. As you approach Padangbai, keep an eye out for the signs leading to Blue Lagoon Beach. You can park your car at designated parking areas near the beach, which may incur a small fee of around IDR 5,000.

From Ubud, make your way to the Ubud Market area where you can find bemo (public minivans) heading to Padangbai. The fare is approximately IDR 30,000 per person. The journey takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Padangbai, you may need to take a short walk or hire a local taxi to reach Blue Lagoon Beach, which is about 2 kilometers away from the main bemo drop-off point.
