To reach Tulamben from Ubud by car, head east on Jalan Raya Ubud (Bali 1) towards Gianyar. Continue on this road for about 18 kilometers until you reach the intersection in Klungkung. Turn left onto Jalan Raya Klungkung and follow it for another 30 kilometers. After passing through Amlapura, look for signs to Tulamben. Turn right onto Jalan Tulamben and follow it for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at Tulamben beach. The total drive time is approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

To travel to Tulamben from Ubud using public transportation, start by taking a Bemo (local minibus) from Ubud to Amlapura. The fare should be around IDR 50,000 to IDR 75,000 per person.
