Car
From Ubud, head east on Jalan Raya Ubud. Continue straight onto Jalan Batubulan, following the signs for Gianyar. After about 14 km, merge onto Jalan Raya Klungkung and follow it for approximately 8 km until you reach the T-junction. Turn left onto Jalan Raya Amlapura (Bali 1). Continue for around 20 km, passing through Amlapura. Keep following the road until you see signs for Tulamben. Once in Tulamben, follow the local roads to the dive sites where the USAT Liberty Wreck is located. Parking is available near the beach.

Public Transportation
From Ubud, take a bemo (local minibus) to Amlapura. You can catch a bemo from the Ubud market area. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Once in Amlapura, you will need to take another bemo to Tulamben. This leg of the journey may cost around IDR 30,000 to IDR 50,000. Once you arrive in Tulamben, you can either walk to the beach or hire a local taxi to take you to the USAT Liberty Wreck site.
