Getting There

    From your location in Prawirotaman, head east on Jalan Prawirotaman towards Jalan Parangtritis. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Jalan Margo Mulyo. Turn left onto Jalan Margo Mulyo and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. The Vredeburg Museum will be on your left at Jl. Margo Mulyo No.6, Ngupasan, Kec. Gondomanan. Look for the large stone fortress structure.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Prawirotaman. Start by heading east on Jalan Prawirotaman towards Jalan Parangtritis. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Jalan Margo Mulyo. Continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the Vredeburg Museum on your left at Jl. Margo Mulyo No.6. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.

    From Prawirotaman, walk to the nearest Trans Jogja bus stop which is located on Jalan Parangtritis. Take the bus number 1A or 1B towards Jombor. Get off at the 'Maliboro' stop.
