    If you are starting from the Dubuque Visitor Center located at 300 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001, head south on Main St toward 3rd St. Continue for about 0.3 miles until you reach 6th St. Turn right onto 6th St and walk for about 0.2 miles. You will see the Fenelon Place Elevator sign on your left as you approach Fenelon Pl. Turn left onto Fenelon Pl, and the entrance to the Fenelon Place Elevator Company will be on your right at 512 Fenelon Pl.

    From the Dubuque Transit bus stop at 300 Main St, take the Route 1 bus towards West Dubuque. Ride for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop near 6th St and Locust St. From there, head north on 6th St, then turn left onto Fenelon Pl.
