Walking
If you are in downtown Dubuque, start at the Dubuque Visitor Center located at 220 Main St. Walk east on Main St toward 3rd St for about two blocks until you reach the intersection of 3rd St. Turn left onto 3rd St and continue walking for about three blocks. The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium will be on your left at 350 E 3rd St. Look for the large sign and the entrance.

Once on the bus, listen for announcements or check the route map. Get off at the stop closest to 3rd St. After exiting, walk east on 3rd St for about two blocks until you see the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium at 350 E 3rd St.
