    If you are starting from the Dubuque Museum of Art, head east on 12th St toward Locust St. Turn left onto Locust St and walk until you reach 11th St. Turn right onto 11th St. Continue walking until you reach Washington St. Turn left on Washington St, and you will find the Washington Residential Historic District located at 1100 Washington St.

    If you are near the Main Stop (Dubuque's public transportation hub), take the 1A or 1B bus route and disembark at the stop for Washington St and 11th St. From there, walk south on Washington St for about two blocks until you reach 1100 Washington St, where the Washington Residential Historic District is located.
