From Gitchie Manitou State Preserve, head south on IA-9 E for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit onto IA-60 S toward Sioux City. Continue driving for about 16 miles until you reach the I-90 interchange. Merge onto I-90 W and drive for about 25 miles. Take exit 402 for SD-34 W toward Valley Springs. Continue on SD-34 W for about 10 miles, then turn left onto 264th St. After about 2 miles, you will arrive at Beaver Creek State Nature Area located at 48351 264th St, Valley Springs, SD 57068.
