    If you're starting from the center of Newton, head east on 1st Ave E toward E 2nd St N. Continue straight for about half a mile, passing by local shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with N 4th Ave E, turn right and continue walking for about a quarter mile. At the intersection with E 3rd St N, turn left. Walk straight until you reach N 8th Ave E, then turn right. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with E 1st St N, turn left and continue straight until you reach the Newton Depot. From here, you will need to catch a bus or train to reach Boston as it's quite a distance.

    To reach the Sports Museum in Boston from Newton, head to the nearest bus stop at the Newton Courthouse on 3rd Ave. Take the #14 bus towards the Fairgrounds and get off at the stop for the Newton Train Station. From there, board the commuter train heading towards Boston. Disembark at the North Station. Exit the station and walk south on Causeway St. until you reach Legends Way, where TD Garden is located. The Sports Museum is inside TD Garden. Check the bus and train schedules ahead of time to ensure a smooth trip.
