Walking
The Imam Hussain Center for Makhtotaat is located in the old city district, south of the Imam Hussein Shrine. From the Imam Hussein Shrine, walk south on شارع القبلة (main street) towards the old city. Continue for about 10 minutes (800 meters), passing shops and food stalls. The center is located at J28M+53C الولاية القديمة, just off the main street. From the Al Abbas Shrine, head east towards the intersection at the main road. Cross the road and continue straight for about 500 meters. Look for the 'شارع القبلة' sign on your left, and turn left there. Walk straight for another 300 meters, and you will find the Center Imam Hussein for Makhtotaat on your right. There are no costs associated with walking.
