From the city center of Sulaymaniyah, begin at Shari Naw (main square). Head northwest, passing the Sulaymaniyah Museum. Continue to Shari Tahrir, turn left, and walk for about 1 kilometer. Look for the sign indicating the path to Goizha Mountain. The hike to the summit takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

From Sulaymaniyah's central bus station, take a minibus heading towards the Goizha area. Ask the driver or locals to confirm the route. The fare is typically around 500 IQD. The bus will drop you off at the base of the mountain, from where you can hike to the top in about 30-45 minutes.

Taxis are readily available in Sulaymaniyah. A taxi ride from the city center to the base of Goizha Mountain typically costs between 7,000 to 14,500 IQD, depending on the distance and time of day. From there, you can hike to the summit. Ensure to negotiate the fare or check if the taxi has a meter.
