From the main entrance of Connemara National Park, head south on the R344 road. Follow the R344 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the N59. Turn left onto the N59 and continue for about 5 kilometers. Take a right onto the Unnamed Road that leads towards Coolachloy. Continue along this road for about 2 kilometers and look for signs indicating Coolachloy Island Views. There is limited parking available near the viewing area.
