As you enter the town, follow the signs for Callan North. The friary is located on the left side in Callan North, just off the main road. To reach Callan Augustinian Friary by public transportation, you can take a bus from Kilkenny city center to Callan. Bus services such as the 'Kilkenny to Callan' route operate regularly. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Callan, exit the bus and walk north for about 500 meters, following the main road. The friary will be on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary.
