Getting There

Walking
Start at Drogheda's main street, West Street. Head east towards the town center. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with the Railway Station (Drogheda Train Station). Cross the road and continue along the footpath towards the River Boyne. Once at the river, turn left and follow the riverside path. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the bridge over the Boyne River. Cross the bridge and continue straight along the road until you reach the junction with the M1 motorway. From there, look for signs for the bus stop. Take a bus heading towards Dublin City Centre, and get off at the stop nearest to Ely Place. The Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts is a short walk from there.

Bus
From Drogheda Bus Station, take a bus heading to Dublin City Centre. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive in Dublin, get off at the stop on O'Connell Street. Walk south along O'Connell Street until you reach the intersection with Abbey Street. Turn left onto Abbey Street and continue until it merges into Marlborough Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Ely Place. Turn right onto Ely Place and walk for a few minutes. The Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts will be on your left at 15 Ely Place.

Train
Make your way to Drogheda Train Station. Catch a train heading to Dublin Connolly Station. The train ride takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Dublin Connolly Station, exit the station and head south towards the River Liffey. Cross the river using the nearest bridge. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with O'Connell Street. From O'Connell Street, head south on Abbey Street which will merge into Marlborough Street. Continue straight until you reach Ely Place, then turn right. The Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts will be on your left.
