Getting There

    From Dublin city center, head to O'Connell Street and locate the bus stop for Bus 109. Board the bus and stay on for approximately 50 minutes. The bus will take you directly to the 'Brú na Bóinne' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the visitor center, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, following the signs pointing to 'Brú na Bóinne Visitor Centre'.

  • Train and Bus

    Take the DART train from Dublin's Connolly Station towards Drogheda. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Drogheda station. From there, switch to Bus Eireann Route 163 that goes to 'Newgrange'. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Brú na Bóinne' stop and follow the signs to the visitor center, which is a short walk away.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Dublin city center to 'Brú na Bóinne'. Simply tell the driver the destination, and it will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the visitor center.
