Take the N11 southbound towards Dublin. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit for the R118 towards Dún Laoghaire. Follow the signs to Dún Laoghaire and park at one of the public parking areas near the East Pier. The Crimean War Cannon is located at the end of the East Pier, a short walk from the parking area.
