    From Kilkenny City Centre, head to the Kilkenny Bus Station located at John Street. Take the Bus Éireann Route 837 towards Cashel. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cashel bus stop, exit the bus and walk straight along the main road (Dominic Street). Cashel Folk Village is located a short distance ahead on the left side, at Dominic St, Moor, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

  • Train and Bus

    Start at Kilkenny Railway Station, located on the Waterford Road. Board a train towards Waterford and get off at the next stop, which is Thurles. From Thurles, exit the train station and catch a Bus Éireann bus heading to Cashel. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. When you arrive at the Cashel bus stop, walk straight along Dominic Street until you reach Cashel Folk Village, which will be on your left.
