From the center of Kilkenny (e.g., Kilkenny Castle), head southeast on The Parade towards Rose Inn Street. Continue straight onto High Street, passing several shops and cafes. After about 0.7 km, turn right onto the N76 (Callan Road). Follow this road for approximately 13 km. You will see signs for Callan. Upon reaching Callan, turn left onto Castlecomer Road, and continue for about 0.5 km. The Callan Augustinian Friary will be on your left, just past the junction with the R693.
