Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from Limerick City Centre, head towards O'Connell Street. From O'Connell Street, walk towards the River Shannon, which is about a 10-minute stroll. Once you reach the river, turn left and follow the riverbank along the Shannon. Continue walking along the water until you reach Clancy's Strand. The Treaty Stone will be located on your right side along this stretch, approximately a 15-minute walk from the city centre.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  You can take a local bus from Limerick City Centre to Clancy's Strand. Board any bus heading towards the 'SOUTH' route (make sure to check the latest bus routes at the bus station). Get off at the stop closest to Clancy's Strand. From the bus stop, walk down to the river, and you will find the Treaty Stone a short walk away along the riverbank.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Limerick City Centre. Head towards the River Shannon and follow the riverside cycle path. This route will take you along the scenic riverbank. As you cycle along, keep an eye out for Clancy's Strand; the Treaty Stone will be visible along the path. It should take around 10-15 minutes to reach from the city centre.
