Car
If you're driving, head west on Slea Head Drive (R559) from Dingle. Continue along the scenic route, passing through the picturesque villages of Ventry and Ballyferriter. After about 10 km, look for a sign for Coumeenoole Beach on your right. Turn onto the narrow road and follow it until you reach the parking area. Note that parking is limited, so arrive early to secure a spot. There are no parking fees, but please respect the local regulations.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take the Bus Éireann route 275 from Dingle towards Tralee. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop for Coumeenoole Beach along Slea Head Drive. From the bus stop, it is a short 15-minute walk to the beach. Follow the road down towards the coast, and you will find the beach at the end of the road. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services can be limited.
Walking
