Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the main road in Slieve League, the R263. Drive towards Carrick Upper. Follow the signs for Slieve League Cliffs. You will pass by the Slieve League Visitor Centre. Continue on the road until you reach the car park at the end of the road, where you will find a designated parking area for hikers. From the car park, the trailhead for One Man's Pass is clearly marked. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around €5.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transport, take a bus from Donegal Town to Carrick. The bus service runs regularly, but please check the local schedules. Once you arrive in Carrick, you will need to walk approximately 3 kilometers along the R263 road towards Slieve League. Look for signs directing you to the Slieve League Cliffs. As you approach the cliffs, you will reach the car park where you can begin your hike to One Man's Pass. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear for the walk, as the terrain can be rugged.

If you are starting from the Slieve League Visitor Centre, head back towards the R263 road. Walk along the path that leads towards the cliffs. Follow the signs to One Man's Pass. The hike is approximately 1.5 kilometers from the Visitor Centre to the trailhead, and it offers stunning views of the cliffs and surrounding landscape. The path can be steep and uneven, so be prepared for a moderate hike.
