Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the center of Sligo, at O'Connell Street. Head southwest toward Quay Street, then turn left onto Quay Street. Continue straight until you reach the River Garavogue. Cross the bridge and follow the road to the right onto the N4. Walk along the N4 for about 1.5 km until you reach the turnoff for the R287. Turn left onto the R287 and follow the signs toward Ballisodare. After approximately 2 km, you will see signs for Coney Island Drive. Follow the signs, and you will find the entrance to Coney Island Drive.

  • Public Transport

    From Sligo town center, walk to the Sligo Bus Station located on Coach Street. Take Bus Eireann route 64 or 64A towards Ballina. Request to get off at the stop for Grange. From Grange, you can either take a local taxi service or walk approximately 2 km to the entrance of Coney Island Drive. Follow the road signs leading to Scardan More and then to Inishmulclohy Causeway.
