Walking
From the center of Tralee, head towards the Tralee Railway Station located on the west side of the town. Once you reach the station, follow the signs for the bus stop. Take a bus from Tralee to Killarney; the journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Killarney, exit the bus at the Killarney town center. From there, walk towards the Killarney National Park entrance, which is well-signposted. Follow the path leading to Muckross Traditional Farms, which is about a 20-minute walk from the park entrance.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Tralee. Head towards the Tralee Bay area and follow the cycle path that leads towards Killarney. The ride is scenic and takes about 1.5 hours. Once you reach Killarney, follow the signs to Killarney National Park, where Muckross Traditional Farms is located. You can park your bicycle at the designated bike racks near the entrance.

To reach Muckross Traditional Farms from Tralee using public transport, first, walk to the Tralee Bus Station, located on Edward Street. Take the Bus Éireann route 40 or 40X towards Killarney. The journey lasts about 30-40 minutes. Upon reaching Killarney, disembark at the Killarney town center and follow the signs for Killarney National Park. Muckross Traditional Farms is approximately a 20-minute walk from the park entrance.
