From your accommodation in Ein Gedi, head towards the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance. Look for the main road that runs through the area, and follow it towards the south. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the bus stop. Take note of the bus schedule to ensure you catch a bus heading to Jerusalem. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which takes approximately 1 hour. When you arrive in Jerusalem, disembark at the main bus station. From there, you can take a local bus (Line 75) towards Mount of Olives, which will drop you off near Dominus Flevit Church.

If you're near the Ein Gedi bus stop, catch the bus heading towards Jerusalem. Make sure to check the bus schedule for departure times. The journey will take about an hour. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem central bus station, you can either walk to Dominus Flevit Church or take a taxi. If you choose to walk, exit the bus station and head north towards Jaffa Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Hillel Street, then turn right. Follow Hillel Street until you reach the intersection with Mount of Olives Road. Dominus Flevit Church will be on your left.
