From Ein Gedi, start by heading north toward the main road (Route 90). Follow the path leading to the road and carefully cross it to reach the bus stop. Look for bus number 486 which will take you towards Jerusalem. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Jerusalem Central Bus Station. When you arrive at the Central Bus Station, exit and walk toward the 'Yaffo Street' exit. This will lead you to the main thoroughfare of Jerusalem.

Public Transportation
Once you are at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, you can catch a light rail train from the station. Board the train heading towards 'Mount Herzl.' Get off at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the 'Tomb of the Virgin.' Proceed to Shmuel HaNavi Street and turn right onto HaNevi'im Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Mount Zion Street, where you will find the Tomb of the Virgin.
