To reach Dominus Flevit Church in Jerusalem from Modi'in, head to the Modi'in Central Bus Station. Take Bus Line 100 or 101 heading towards Jerusalem. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Jerusalem Central Bus Station' (תחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית בירושלים). From there, you can transfer to Bus Line 75 which goes towards the Mount of Olives. Get off at the 'Dominus Flevit' stop. The church is a short walk from the bus stop.

Start your journey at the Modi'in Train Station. Take the train to the 'Jerusalem Malha' station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Malha, exit the station and catch Bus Line 74 towards the Old City. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Mount of Olives' stop. From there, follow the signs to Dominus Flevit Church which is a short walk uphill.
