Bus
From Modi'in, walk to the Modi'in Central Bus Station. Take the Egged bus number 49 towards Jerusalem. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, exit the bus and follow the signs to the light rail station. Board the light rail line towards Mount Herzl and get off at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, walk east on King George Street until you reach the Old City entrance. Continue through the Old City to the Temple Mount area where the Dome of the Rock is located.

Train and Bus
Walk to the Modi'in train station and take the Israel Railways train towards Jerusalem. Get off at the 'Jerusalem - Yitzhak Navon' station. From there, catch bus number 74 from the bus terminal outside the train station, which will take you directly to the Old City. Disembark at the stop for the Western Wall, then walk towards the Temple Mount area where the Dome of the Rock is located.
