Bus
From central Modi'in, head to the Modi'in central bus station, known as 'Mercaz Modi'in.' Once there, take bus number 77 towards Jerusalem. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. You will need to get off at the 'Givat Shaul' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the main road, and continue straight until you see signs for the Grotto of Gethsemane. It will take around 15 minutes on foot to reach the site.

Train and Walk
Start at Modi'in train station. Take the train heading towards Jerusalem. Disembark at the 'Jerusalem - Yitzhak Navon' station. From there, exit the station and head towards Jaffa Street, where you can catch bus number 74 or 75 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Lions' Gate' stop. Once you've exited through the gate, walk towards the Mount of Olives. Follow the signs to Gethsemane, which is about a 20-minute walk from the gate.

If you are near the Modi'in central park, you can take a scenic walk towards the east. Start at the park and head towards the main road, then follow the path that leads to the city of Jerusalem. This walk is about 12 kilometers and will take approximately 2.5 hours, depending on your pace. Make sure to stay hydrated and enjoy the sights along the way!
