    If you're driving from the Red Sea Coral Reef area, head northwest on Route 90 towards Eilat. After about 25 km, merge onto Route 12 towards Taba. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with Route 40. Take Route 40 towards Jerusalem. This route will take you through scenic desert landscapes. After about 200 km, take the exit towards Route 1 (Jerusalem). Continue on Route 1 and then take the exit towards Derech Aharon Shulov. The Israel Aquarium will be on your right. Parking is available on-site, but be prepared for a parking fee of approximately 20-30 NIS.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    To reach the Israel Aquarium via public transport, start at the central bus station in Eilat. Take a bus to Jerusalem. The journey typically takes around 4-5 hours, and tickets can be purchased at the station for about 70-100 NIS. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, transfer to bus line 74 that goes directly to the aquarium area. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. The aquarium is located at Derech Aharon Shulov, and you'll need to walk approximately 10 minutes from the bus stop to the entrance.

    If you prefer a combination of train and bus, take a train from Eilat to Tel Aviv. The train ride will take around 4 hours and costs approximately 80-120 NIS. From Tel Aviv, transfer to a train heading to Jerusalem (around 30 minutes). Once in Jerusalem, head to the central bus station and take bus line 74 towards Derech Aharon Shulov. The bus ride from the station will take about 20 minutes. Walk about 10 minutes from the bus stop to reach the aquarium.
