Walking
If you are in the center of Amalfi, start at the Amalfi Cathedral (Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea). From the cathedral, head east on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi towards Via delle Cartiere. Turn right onto Via delle Cartiere and continue straight until you reach the main road, SS163. Turn left onto SS163 and follow the road along the coast. Stay on the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Praiano. Look for the signs pointing towards Via Gennaro Capriglione. The Bar del Sole will be located on your left at number 120.

From the Amalfi bus station, take the SITA bus towards Sorrento. The bus will pass through Praiano, and you will need to get off at the stop closest to Via Gennaro Capriglione. After disembarking, walk back along the main road (SS163) for about 200 meters, then turn left onto Via Gennaro Capriglione. Continue walking until you reach Bar del Sole at number 120.
