Start from the main beach area of Positano, known as Spiaggia Grande. Head up Via del Brigantino towards Via Pasitea. Continue along Via Pasitea until you reach the intersection with Via Cristoforo Colombo. Turn left onto Via Cristoforo Colombo and walk until you find the bus stop (Autolinee Sita) for Napoli. Take the Sita bus towards Naples, which will take you approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Naples, get off at the 'Piazza Garibaldi' stop. Walk to the Garibaldi Metro Station and take the Metro Line 2 towards the direction of 'Pozzuoli.' Get off at 'Napoli Centrale' station. From there, exit the station and head towards the historic center. You can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Via dei Tribunali. The Complesso Museale Santa Maria delle Anime del Purgatorio ad Arco is located at Via dei Tribunali, 39.
