From the central Piazza dei Dogi in Amalfi, head southeast towards Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop 'Amalfi - Piazza dei Dogi'. Take the SITA bus towards Naples (Napoli). After approximately 1 hour, you will arrive at Napoli Centrale. From there, walk towards the metro station and take Line 1 towards Piscinola. Get off at the Garibaldi station and transfer to Line 2 towards Gianturco. Disembark at the Napoli Piazza Cavour station. From the station, exit onto Via Foria and follow the signs to the historic center. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Via S. Gregorio Armeno, where the Chiesa di San Gregorio Armeno e di Santa Patrizia is located at number 24.
Bus
From Amalfi, head to the SITA bus stop located near the cathedral. Board the SITA bus to Naples. The journey will take around 1 hour. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale, follow the signs to the main exit. From the station, walk to the metro on the lower level (Metro Line 1). Take the metro to Garibaldi and switch to Line 2. Travel to the Piazza Cavour stop. Upon exiting, head towards Via Foria and continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Via S. Gregorio Armeno. The church is located at number 24.
Train and Walking
From Amalfi, take the local bus to Salerno. The bus stop is located near the Amalfi Cathedral. Once you arrive in Salerno, head to the Salerno train station. Purchase a ticket for a train to Napoli Centrale. The train ride is approximately 40 minutes. Upon arriving at Napoli Centrale, exit the station and walk towards the historic center of Naples. Follow Via Foria until you reach Via S. Gregorio Armeno. The church is situated at number 24.
