Walking
From the central area of Assisi, make your way to Via San Francesco. Walk down this street until you reach the intersection with Via del Comune. Turn left onto Via del Comune and continue straight until you reach Piazza del Comune. In the square, look for signs pointing towards Perugia. Follow the path out of Assisi, which will lead you downhill. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Perugia border. Continue straight for another 10 minutes, and you will reach the entrance of Piazza IV Novembre, where Palazzo dei Priori is located.

Head to the Assisi bus station, which is located near the train station. Look for the bus line that goes to Perugia; typically, it is the 'P' line. Purchase your ticket from the kiosk or directly from the bus driver. Board the bus, and the journey to Perugia should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Perugia bus terminal, exit the bus and follow the signs for the city center. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Piazza IV Novembre, where Palazzo dei Priori is located.
