From the center of Assisi, head towards the main square, Piazza del Comune. Once there, find the main street leading out of the square, Via San Francesco. From the bus station, take a bus to Perugia. The bus ride should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Perugia bus station, exit and walk towards Via Marzia. Follow the road signs until you reach Porta Marzia.
