Take the metro line 3 (Yellow Line) towards 'Comasina' and get off at 'Duomo'. From Duomo, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Chiesa di San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore. Walk west on Via E. Filiberto and then continue on Corso Magenta until you reach number 15.
