From the Piazzetta in Capri, head down Via Vittorio Emanuele towards Via Roma. Continue on Via Roma until you reach the intersection with Via Mulo. Turn left onto Via Mulo. Continue straight for about 500 meters. Lo Scoglio Delle Sirene will be on your right at Via Mulo, 77.

If you are at the Marina Grande (the main port), exit the port area and head towards the Funicolare (cable car) station. Take the Funicolare to the top station (Capri). Once at the top, follow the signs to the Piazzetta. From the Piazzetta, follow the first instructions to reach Lo Scoglio Delle Sirene.

If you are at the Gardens of Augustus, exit and head towards Via Krupp. Follow Via Krupp downwards until you reach Marina Piccola. From Marina Piccola, walk along the coastline on Via Mulo for about 1 km until you reach Lo Scoglio Delle Sirene, which will be on your left side.
